About Me

Hi, I am Laura

I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years, however it was only in April 2021 through lockdown, that I fully immersed myself in my journey to becoming a Yoga teacher.

I am a fully qualified Level 4 Yoga Teacher and now I hope to bring all my knowledge to life and share with you, my fellow Yogi’s.

I have been teaching Hatha/slow flow, Vinyasa and Yin full time since March 2022. I can adapt my classes to suit you and welcome beginners and seasoned yogi’s.

When it comes to the asana's, I will positively encourage but never push, understanding that everyone's bodies and abilities are completely different. 

My classes are a mix of philosophy, asana, pranayama and meditation and I will be available to support and faciliate as I guide you through the flows. 

I can be found at various gyms across Peterborough as well as my own classes, as below; I also run events and retreats throughout the year. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Thursdays 19.00 - Yin @ Calmababy, Oundle Road

Fridays 18.00 - Stanground Parish Hall
