Are you looking for a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, mindfulness, and self-discovery set against the breathtaking backdrop of Molecey Mill. Our retreat is designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our 2-night yoga retreat offers a peaceful break surrounded by the raw beauty of nature.

What to Expect:

  • Four yoga sessions led by Laura at Breathe Yoga plus more if required

  • A tour of the historic Grade II* listed Molecey House and Mill, which has origins before the Domesday Book

  • Individually designed accommodation with the option of private or shared room/en-suite or shared bathroom

  • Healthy, nourishing traditional Thai meals provided by Tui (vegan, vegetarian and dietary requirements catered for)

  • Nature walks to appreciate the gorgeous surroundings of Molecey Mill

  • Hot Tub

  • Private access to the estate

  • Evening fireside discussions and sharing circles

  • Sound Bath with Diana Nash

  • Time to relax, unwind, and connect with like-minded souls

Arriving by 3pm on Friday and departing at your leisure on Sunday, come solo, with friends, family, or as a couple—this is your time to recharge, connect, and soak in the wild beauty of Molecey Mill.

Friday 24th October

  • Arrival at 3pm for tour of the Mill and surroundings

  • 5.45pm Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

  • 7.30pm Dinner – Traditional 3 course Thai food

​​Saturday 25th October

  • Wake up tea/coffee/fruit/snack

  • 08:00 Yoga (slow flow)

  • 09:30 Breakfast

  • Time to rest, read, explore, connect

  • 13:30 Lunch – vegetarian Traditional Thai lunch

  • Time to rest, read, explore, connect

  • 17:45 gentle yoga to relax and unwind

  • 19:30 dinner, vegetarian Traditional Thai food followed by anything you fancy – chat, play games, read – whatever you choose

Sunday 26th October

  • Wake up tea/coffee/fruit/snack

  • 08:00 Yoga (slow flow)

  • 09:30 Breakfast

  • Time to rest, read, explore, connect and leave at your leisure – no need to rush!

Where you will stay

The beautifully restored Grade II star listed properties Molecey House and Mill and The Granary have their origins before the Domesday Book. This historic mill has stunning huge oak beams and sympathetically exposed stonework. Magical Molecey with its period architecture and authentic features has a rich history and many stories to tell.

The Yoga

Our morning practice will be flowing Vinyasa/Hatha style classes to energise you for the day ahead. In the evenings, we will slow it down with more meditative practices like Yin, Nidra, or Restorative styles – perfect for winding down.

Every class will combine asana (posture and movement), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, with some yoga philosophy woven in. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there are no prerequisites – just bring your curiosity and openness. The aim is for you to feel supported and free to explore your practice in your own way.
